Salad Nicoise

canned tuna, boiled potato, green beans, tomato, lettuce, olives, dressed with a white wine vinaigrette

Thai Green Papaya

shredded unripe papaya mixed with tomatoes, long beans, dried shrimp, garlic, bird's eye chili, lime juice, chopped peanuts, fried shallots, and nuoc cham dressing.

Lebanese Slaw

crisp shredded cabbage with fresh dill, mint and parsley, tossed in a tangy lemon and olive oil dressing, and a sprinkle of sumac

Fattoush

Middle Eastern salad of fresh leaf lettuce, mint, parsley, shredded cabbage, cucumber, and red radish slices. Dressed with a tangy lemon vinaigrette, sprinkled with sumac, and topped with crispy toasted house-baked pita croutons for added crunch.

Tabouleh Salad - Bali Lush Style

A refreshing Levantine herb salad with finely chopped parsley, soaked bulgur, tomatoes, mint, and scallions, seasoned with lemon juice and olive oil. We add finely diced cucumber for crunch.

Palestinian Beetroot & Lentil

roasted beetroot, diced then combined with puy lentils, fresh herbs, and a tangy dill and yoghurt dressing

Turkish Red Lentil

hearty peasant style soup made from red lentils, cracked bulgur wheat, rice, onions, tomato paste, flavored with smoked paprika and dried mint flakes.

Cauliflower Soup

oven baked cauliflower with thyme, rosemary and oregano blended till a smooth puree

Tomato Soup

fresh tomatoes and mediterranean herbs cooked then blended till smooth

Kari Kuning

Indonesian ‘yellow curry’ vibrantly colored by turmeric curry paste and coconut milk

Thai Green Curry

Thai Red Curry

Thai Panang Curry

A rich, coconut milk curry with a spice blend paste of dried chilies, lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaf, and zest, cilantro roots, garlic, shallots, shrimp paste, and prominently featuring roasted peanuts for depth and richness.

Gado Gado

salad consisting of mixed boiled vegetables, tofu, hard boiled egg, topped with a delicious fragrant and rich peanut sauce.

Soto Ayam

aromatic chicken stock flavored with turmeric, lemon grass, served over vermicelli rice noodles, asian vegetables, topped with a hard boiled egg and crisp fried asian shallots

Soto Ares Babi

Balinese pork and banana tree trunk soup - very unique and traditional.

*Sate

cooked on our outdoor coconut charcoal grill station. Served with steamed rice, crispy ‘Emping’ crackers, asian pickles and peanut sauce.

*Nasi Campur

literally ‘mixed rice’. Ubiquitous all throughout Indonesia with every region doing their own take of steamed rice served on a single plate with a variety of side dishes such as vegetables, proteins, and sambal. Be sure to ask the kitchen staff what they can cook up today.

*Nasi Goreng

the Classic stir fried rice dish with garlic, shallots, sweet soy, and spices. Request to add a fried egg on top to have it ‘local style’

*Mie Goreng

Indonesian fried noodles stir-fried with vegetables, garlic, soy sauce, and spices,

*Cap Cay

How it Works Every Day

Each morning at breakfast, our staff will ask you what you’d like for lunch and dinner. Instead of a fixed menu, we offer an ever-changing selection of approximately 10-14 dishes, inspired by our large repertoire of international cuisine. Drawing from Bali and Indonesia’s rich flavors, as well as Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Western, Italian, Mediterranean, Indian, and Middle Eastern recipes, we craft fresh, seasonal dishes based on what’s coming out of our gardens and what we’ve sourced from local markets. Enjoy a diverse, flavorful journey every day in a relaxed, authentic setting.
